PICK UP STICK
H1993.272
Pick up stick/ Grabber/ Reacher designed for picking up objects without having to bend the spine. Design is similar to a pair of tweezers, having 2 wooden arms connected at one end by a band of metal which forms a spring held centrally by a bar. The wooden 'arms' have serrations at the tips which facilitate grip on an object being picked up. Pressure on the upper end of the object opens the 'arms'.
