PENKNIFE
H1990.267
Silver metal penknife. Cigar shaped body. The blade is pulled out of the body via a groove on the blade the fingernail can fit into. The blade has the following etched on the base: 'RICHARDS/ SHEFFIELD/ ENGLAND'. There are grooves at either end of the body. At one end of the body there is a hole with an oval ring going through it. The knife therefore can be attached to various objects for example, a chain.
