Flat, round, contoured edged, gold coloured, metal medal with small raised shield welded to front. Metal ring at top. Medal surface is engraved with scroll pattern with banner engraved across centre underneath shield. Shield engraved with man and woman dancing surrounded by zig-zag border. ‘JASS WALTZ FOXTROT/CHAMPIONSHIP/Fremantle/1928/2nd W. WILCOX/Direction CJ. Webster Co’ engraved on reverse. ‘OBEM’ stamped on reverse at bottom.
