(.1) Small telegram typed in blue on a fawn paper. Heading at top of paper, in blue writing on a yellow background "Christmas & New Year/Greeting/Telegram". Father Christmas in a sleigh is to the left of the heading, two reindeers to the right of heading. Mistletoe below heading. Date stamped in purple, part of writing encircled around date in stamp has faded, "...TELEGRAPH OFFICE,/24 DEC 1937/VICTORIA PARK." Text of telegram is "976 KALGOORLIE 15 12-40 P/LINDA BROWN/31 DUNCAN ST VICPARK/ALL BEST WISHES FOR XMAS AND NEW YEAR/JACK/(31)".

(.2) White envelope with clear plastic window to show address. At top of envelope is coloured picture of Father Christmas. Printed in blue with red outlining next to Fr Christmas "Christmas & New Year/Greeting/Telegram"
