New Year greeting card composed to two identical panels, each printed with a marine and a mountain scene on each side in greens and browns; message printed below "A GLAD NEW YEAR TO YOU" and "MY BEST WISHES ARE THINE"; originally surrounded by a yellow silk fringe; inscribed "To Walter From GrandMother Cobel 1886". Sent to the Grand- Father Walter Barker (1871-1925) Cootamundra NSW, from his grandmother Sarah Anne Cobel in Sydney.
