GRAND LODGE OF ENGLAND INC. / This is to Certify that Brother ..... / was initiated a member of the ...... Lodge No ... in the Town of .... the .... / day of .... 194. / Percy W. Gibbs R.O.H. Grand Secretary / ....W. Primo / .... C. Marshall / .... C. Secretary". Has buffalo symbol at top and decorative scroll at bottom. Percy Gibb's signature appears to be a stamp.
