OUTER CAP, "Muts"

White cotton Dutch cap. Cap consists of loose cotton which fits over head and a large "wings"attached to front. Cotton tape threaded through base of cap to tighten around head. Front headpiece ("wings") is made of starched broderie anglaise, with little white embroidered flowers around fabric.
