A brown, 6-sided glass bottle with a large, rectangular front face and a cork stopper. The paper label is brown with red print, and it covers the 3 foremost sides. 2 of the rear panels has a pattern of little raised crosses in the glass. The rear panel has 'NOT TO BE TAKEN' imprinted in the glass. The label says 'CAUTION NOT TO BE TAKEN/ SHAKE THE BOTTLE/ Vaporising/ Solution/ G.H.T. LAPPIN/ PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMIST/ CORNER COODE & ANGELO STREETS/ PHONE MU 380 SOUTH PERTH'. It has a picture of a pestle and mortar, 2 flaming torches and a wreath on the top of the label. On the base it says '2/ M 128/ M' and has a crown imprinted in the glass. The bottle contains a very small amount of its original contents and is of dark colouring.
