Green and white paper label with brown print says 'Fluid Extract/ CASCARA SAGRADA/ NET 1 FL.OZ./ An excellent laxative/ used with great/ success IN ALL CASES/ OF CONSTIPATION:/ DOES: Fifteen to sixty drops/ WOOLWORTH'S LTD/ SYDNEY, BRISBANE/ & PERTH, W.A.' The base has '5915' and a crown imprinted in the glass. Bottle contains ¼ original content and is brown in colour.
