Clear glass, rectangular bottle with square shoulders and a white synthetic polymer screw top lid. Paper label wraps around whole body and says on front 'APEX/ AN/ APEX PROJECT'. On back label says 'SYRUP OF/ IPECACUANHA/ P.M.H.F. 15 mls/ For inducing vomitting/ in the treatment of/ accidental poisoning/ and overdoses, give/ contents of bottle./ [Warning and safety instructions] KEEP OUT OF REACH/ OF CHILDREN'. Label is white with red Apex rising sun in a triangle. Blue print, except for logo and warning print in red. The base has 'J22/ A1672/ A' imprinted in the glass. Bottle contains minimal amount of original liquid content. Lid has vertical ridges.
