Clear glass, round shouldered bottle with black, synthetic polymer screw top lid. Paper label on front says 'Velmol/ FOR THE/ SCALP/ AND/ HAIR/ Proprietors EASTLAND LABORATORIES LTD./ Binghampton, N.Y., U.S.A.,/ for whom CLINTON WILLIAMS PTY. LTD., SYDNEY,/ are sole distributing agents in Australia. 'On the reverse label, it gives directions for use & also separate instructions for men's use. Bottom line says 'Velmol is ideal for children's hair.' 'Velmol' is imprinted on the top of the lid. The lid's edge has an arch and vertical stripe design. There are letters imprinted into the back face of the bottle near the base under the paper label. It says 'TH..../CLI,...D'. Bottle contains over ¼ original contents and is yellow in colour. Label is green, black and yellow with a picture of an adult and child on the front label.
