Rectangular, brown glass bottle with white metal, screw top lid. Bottle has sloping shoulders with vertical ridges down from the neck to the shoulders. Bottle has a panelled pattern down sides and back face. The back face is straight, while the front face is convex. The paper label on front is dark and light blue and white in horizontal strips. It says 'Felton's/ FINEST MEDICINAL QUALITY/ ACRIFLAVINE/ SOLUTION/ 1-1000/ Contains 4 grains sodium chloride/ in each ounce./ Contents 4 fl.oz./ DRUG HOUSES OF AUSTRALIA LTD./ PERTH, W.A.'. There is the number '16' written on label in black ink. The lid has small, vertical indents near top edge. The base has 'P717/P' and a crown imprinted in the glass. Bottle contains ¼ original contents and is dark in colour. There is also a '7' imprinted in the base of front face.
