CHINA MEDAL 1857 - 1869 suspended from its ribbon with an ornamental clasp. Medal was given to officers and men of the Army Navy. The bar: "TAKU FORTS 1858" was issued to those present at the capture, 23 May 1858. See Gordon for description and list of ships and regiments.
