These items come from a room at the rear of Castle Hotel York. Left there by one of early itinerant dentists who practiced in one of rooms in the old coaching part of the hotel. Box with hinged lid. 3 shelves internally. List of contents: 1. 6 tins I.C.I. "KALODENTINE" Dentine acrylic: brown, pearl, pink, grey, yellow, blue. 2. 4 large tins "KALODENTINE": clear, medium natural, dark natural. 3. 2 ceramic pots, galvanised. 4. B-Hle s.s. white liquid. 5. Plastic mercury container. 6. Adrenaline tartrate. 7. Syringe (Justa). 8. Spanner. 9. Unidentified clamp. 10. Copper amalgam. 11. Wire brush. 12. Sand paper discs. 13. 3 boxes dental finishing strips. 14. Kerr broach reamer. 15. Texton strips. 16. Tooth clamp.
