Obverse: textured gold gilt outer border with text 'BURLEY-SEKEM/ FOOTBALL AWARD'. Central motif of footballer mid stride about to kick football. Raised horizontal line behind with four vertical goal posts in lower left corner. Reverse: gold gilt finish, text 'SHERIDANS' at bottom centre, stylised laurel wreath decoration around inside of badge rim.
