Rectangular badge with curved edges and gold gilt finish rim. Front motif resembles a radio with cream enamel background/ border and maroon/ brown rectangle with inset corners. Five gilt lines run horizontally across the upper third resembling sheet music, text '6NR' in gold gilt runs across lines. Cream enamel clouds above lines with a gold gilt circular sun sitting partially obscured above. Below gilt lines text reads 'OLD TIME RADIO/ AND GLEE CLUB', cream enamel rectangle below reads '1982' with two rectangular holes to the left and right lined with gilt finish. Reverse: gold gilt finish with text 'SHERIDAN/ PERTH, brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
