DOCUMENT: CERTIFICATE OF THE SECOND GRADE', awarded by the 'SCIENCE AND ART/ DEPARTMENT OF THE COMMITTEE OF/COUNCIL ON EDUCATION' to 'FREDERICK ANDERSON' for passing a satisfactory exam in 'FREEHAND DRAWING/PRACTICAL GEOMETRY/LINEARPERSPECTIVE/ MODEL DRAWING, dated 13 May 1869; single large sheet of paper, type-written with ornate brown floral border, with Queen Victoria's head in profile, top centre of border and initials 'VR' in a circle in the bottom centre of the border.
