BOOK: small,black/brown leather book with Gray's Elegy' written in gold in ornate script across the front cover.The inside cover is brown/black.All subsequent cream pages are loose. The title page 'AN ELEGY/WRITTEN IN/A COUNTRY CHURCHYARD/BY THOMAS GRAY/WITH ILLUSTRATIONS/BY/ALFRED WOODRUFF'. The poem is extensively illustrated in sepia engravings. The last page has an engraving of Gray's tomb on with 'THE ENTIRE POEM INSCRIBED/THEREON'
