Returned Sailors and Soldiers Imperial League of Australia Membership badge, small, brass, white enamel exterior surmounted with King’s crown. Slightly damaged red enamel on crown. Interior circle displays a sailor and soldier with rifles, surrounded by blue enamel and lettering: ‘RETURNED SAILORS AND SOLDIERS IMPERIAL LEAGUE’. Below is a red enamel banner with lettering: ‘AUSTRALIA’. Stamped on reverse: ‘W/ 4209’ and ‘BISHOP/ BRISBANE’. Two conjoined metal shanks on reverse, one with a folded piece of metal looped through.
