Red enamel circle with HMAS Leeuwin crest (lion with sword and shield surmounted by ship) encircled by blue enamel with 'SENIOR SAILORS MESS/ H.M.A.S LEEUWIN'. Brass plated border with laurel wreath motif. 'Sheridan/ Perth' on reverse.
