[.1] fan: A brass rivet with two attached rings, is inserted through the sixteen carved, ivory sticks. On each edge of the fan, the ivory guards have double sided decoration, one is mended with sticky tape. The ribs which are the extension of the sticks, are carved and have small holes in them. These support the fan leaf which is fine needle lace of flowers and leaves.
[.2] part: broken piece of fan: ivory guard which is shaped and is carved with a garland of leaves.
