TOWELS, Set of 3, coarse-woven linen, red-embroidered 'B.D.'

[.1-3] Narrow, rectangular, taupe, coarse-woven (hand-woven?) linen towels x 3, W10mm hem at either end, secured with ladder hem stitch. Natural selvedge on either side. 'B.D.', Berta Dzintars' initials, embroidered in red thread cross-stitch, on bottom left corner near hem stitch.
[.1] 'B.D.' is handprinted in black ink, off centre on reverse of hem on bottom edge. L10mm piece of taupe-coloured cloth tape (W5mm folded & stitched), 440mm down right hand side, and stitched at either end.
[.3] Remainder of cloth tape loop, in two pieces, each stitched at one end only.
