Rectangular, tan coloured cardboard identity card. Printed on front side with information about card. 'FREMANTLE/3PM/16 APR/1942/W.A.' stamped in black ink inside circle. 'Maureen Daphne Burton' handwritten in black ink. '10 Amhurst Street/East Fremantle' handwritten in black ink. Identity card number 'W2 F23 30517'. Reverse side contains black printed text detailing conditions of the identity card and change of address. Signed by witness 'Joyce Miller' of address '60 King Street, E. F'tle' in black ink. Marked at bottom with four lines of numbers and letters for official purposes.
