(.1) Clear plastic bottle, hexagonal cylinder. On opposing panels is embossed "STEADIFLO" and "VISILON" There are also graduated liquid measurements on two panels.

(.2) White plastic screw top lid with hole in centre to insert teat. "evenflo" embossed on top of lid.

(.3) Opaque yellow-brown plastic teat. Embossed on base of teat "evenflo REGISTERED TM".
