Diary and Resolution notice.
[.1] Marbled brown leather, bound diary (desk) with gold embossed decoration on four corners and centre of front cover. The initials, 'C. de B.' appear under the central motif. The word 'DIARY', is embossed in gold on the spine of the book, the inside front and back covers and facing pages are covered in a green marbled finish with a small leather rectangular label marked, 'With the Compliments of, St Clements Press Ltd, Portugal Street, Kingsway W.C.2' on inside front cover.
[.2] Notice of resolution (inserted in back of diary), titled, 'ANGLO AUSTRALIAN GOLD DEVELOPMENT LIMITED.'
