COIN, maundy, two-pence, UK, 1898

A silver Maundy money two pence coin. Obverse features a Veiled and Draped bust of Queen Victoria, and the lettering 'VICTORIA · DEI · GRA · BRITT · REGINA · FID · DEF IND · IMP ·', and the mintmark 'TB'. The reverse features a crowned '2' and divided date, all within a wreath. This coin has medal orientation and has a hole at the top of the coin, suggesting it was used as some form of jewellery.
