Silver coin. Obverse : head of Queen Victoria with 'VICTORIA.DEI.GRA.BRITT.REGINA.FID.DEF.IND.IMP'. On the reverse : the value '3' is inside a wreath with a crown above the number 3 and the date '18/96' seperated by the value.
