PRINTING BLOCK, 'C.T.C.' (Training College?), wood

A rectangular printing block with a metal plate nailed in four corners - features the words 'C.T.C.' under an image of a swan swimming near a Xanthorrhoea plant or 'grasstree, with a kookaburra in one corner. 'TRAINING/ COLL' is etched in pencil at the back of the stamp (C.T.C. was probably a training college).
