Large flat hessian bag. Stitched along bottom and one side and open at top. Inside is a large folded sheet of brown paper. Front of bag says in red print 'USE NO HOOKS PLEASE' and then in black 'SPRAY DRIED'. In a circle is a picture of a whale in the water spurting water out of blow hole and written around circle says 'NOR' WEST WHALING CO LTD. CARNARVON'. In red it says 'WHALE SOLUBLES' and then in black says 'MIN. 82% CRUDE PROTEIN/ MAX. 0.4% CRUDE FAT/ MAX 0.1% CRUDE FIBRE/ 80 LBS. NETT/ WHEN PACKED/ PRODUCE OF AUSTRALIA.'
