Tan leather covered dressing case. Initialled on top in gold, lettering 'G.H.G'/'28/.11.09'.
H.1995.95.1 - Brown leather lined square case with front clip and receptacles for holding pieces. Top of case holds mirror and three glove hook, and nail manicuring instruments. Bottom inside flap holds comb.
H.1995.95.2 - Bone (?) glove hook: cream handle with silver hook.
H.1995.95.3 - Manicure instrument: cream plastic handle with grey metal blade. Different design to 95.2 and 95.4, suggest not part of original kit.
H.1995.95.4 - Small bone (?) blade; cream handle with silver blade. Point of blade broken off.
H.1995.95.5 - Round cut glass powder holder; silver metal top. Contains remains of pink powder.
H.1995.95.6 - Rectangular glass soap holder with silver metal top. Contains residue of soap.
H.1995.95.7 - Small cut glass vial with silver metal screw top.
H.1995.95.8 - Large cut glass vial with silver metal screw top.
H.1995.95.9 - Black plastic comb, 1930+. Not part of original set.
H.1995.95.10 - Mirror set in 'fake' leather backing. Mirror broken. Section included in box to show bevelled edge.
One sided handle of case broken. One piece missing from accessories.
Included in box: Receipt from Registered Mail Sandstone - to owner of dressing case, dated Oct. 9, 1911, from Mr B. Brown of Hay Street Subiaco.
