1949 Watkins calendar with punched hole. Grey, blue and black background, with bordered picture of two children washing pet dog in preparation for 'DOG SHOW/ toboy/ 3PM', in top half of calendar. The lower half has calendar months and 'WATKINS' printed in capitals in yellow on black. Details printed - 'Established 1868/ 15,000 Dealers'. Place names; Melbourne-Sydney-Adelaide-Perth-Brisbane-Kogarah.
Middle segment of calendar has inscription: 'With compliments from your WATKINS dealer/ Wait for WATKINS it pays'.
Each calendar month is boxed with holidays highlighted. One of Watkins products is washing powder, as illustrated in the picture.
