Poster used to express anti-Liberal/ Fraser Government sentiments. Lower half of poster is a caricature of former Liberal PM Malcolm Fraser, in a black suit against red background. Above in bold black capitals is the question 'WHO IS RESPONSIBLE/ FOR BREAKING/ ALL MY/ ELECTION PROMISES?'. Answers given with a huge red tick alongside each one '[tick] UNIONS./ [tick] THE EDUCATION SYSTEM./ [tick] THE ARBITRATION COMMISSION./ [tick] THE UNEMPLOYED. [tick] PENSIONERS. RUSSIANS? (in red ink)'. Below Fraser's face is in tiny print, poster title ' Who's responsible?'.
