A4 sized paper, printed on one side, with the heading 'HOW TO VOTE LIBERAL IN FREMANTLE/FOR/MICK TILLER'. The top section has a black & white photo of Mick Tiller (candidate for Fremantle) shaking hands with John Howard (Leader of the Liberal Party). The paper shows how to number boxes on the House of Representatives' ballot paper and how to vote Liberal in the Senate. A slogan at the bottom reads 'Enough is Enough'. Colours used include - black, blue, red and green.
