Rippled flag shaped badge with red enamel flag background with text 'MAYDAY/ UNION YES' in gilt finish. Tick motif in gilt finish in between text. Red flag is attached to gilt finish flag pole. Reverse: 'SHERIDAN-PERTH' engraved in repeating lined pattern across entire reverse. Double brooch fixing with no pin or catch attached.
