White background with black text and graphics with red highlights. Most of the poster is taken up with an abstract/primitive image of a face with slanting red eyes and a gaping red mouth with black and white fangs along the bottom of it. Beneath this image, in large letters: 'NEED A JOB'. Poster is an advertisement for the T.L.C. Employment Centre, a trade union initiative funded by the W.A. Dept. of Employment and Training as a Joblink Project. At bottom of poster are instructions to both employers and employees on how to use the service. The following unions were quoted: the C.M.E.W.U., the E.T.U (Electrical Trades Union) and the A.M.W.U (Amalgamated Metal Workers Union). Back of poster has a sticker with the A.M.W.U. logo on it.
