LINESMENS SAFETY HARNESS

Linesmens' safety harness, three pieces of material connected together to form a harness. Metal hooks and buckles connect the harness together. Used for attending to power lines, men would strap this harness around them and connect it to a safety point so they would not fall to the ground. Text written on harness reads 'B1278'.
