Large telegram / parcel pouch. Black and brown leather colour, A strap is attached to the top of the pouch and can be shortened or lengthened at will. This item was used to deliver telegrams/ parcels to people's homes. (See data sheet H.1994.31 - 38 for additional items). Text inside reads 'B1411 P.M.G.' (Postmaster General).
