PEACE FOLDER
H1993.532
Folder is blue in colour with white and dark blue print. Text on ouside of folder reads 'PEACE/ KIT/ INTERNATION Year of Peace 1986'. The cover has two peace doves on it as well as a wreath with two hands inside it letting a dove fly away. Inside the kit are two stickers which read the same as the cover 'INTERNATIONAL/ YEAR OF PEACE/ 1986' both with the peace emblem of dove and hands and wreath. There is also a pamphlet from the Department of Foreign Affairs which is titled 'Australia's present and future role/ in disarmament and arms control'. The next pamphlet is also from the Department of Foreign Affairs and is titled 'Australia and the United Nations'. There are also twelve 'PEACE SHEETS' all from the Department of Foreign Affairs which discuss peace initiatives and proposals.
