Pencil sketch on white paper. Shows man wearing hard hat kneeling over device which stands on 2 wheels and has a pipe or wire extending from its rear into the ground (probably for boring out blocked drains). The man has his hand on a lever extending from the side of the device; his other hand, covred with a glove, is holding the pipe/line steady. Sketch is signed 'LS Mar 89'.
