Blue plastic cover over brown cardboard. '4c Wrapping Machine' written on the outside of the file. On the inside of the front cover is a hand made pocket of blue sticking plaster with the words: 'BLOTTING PAPER' written on it. Inside the pocket are two plastic coated pieces of paper describing: 'SEAL EVALUATION' and 'PACKET APPEARANCE'. There are two metal rings on the spine of the file holding in two plastic paper holders. In each paper holder are sheets on which to record the machine settings for pack sizes. Also in the file are loose wrapping machine log sheets.
