Orange plastic safety helmet with peaked visor and 'gutter' rim. The helmet is marked on the front in black letters 'WARDEN'. Inside the helmet is a paper label: 'ASSEMBLED/ 3-91', also another paper label with safety information, and a third label: 'AUSTRALIAN/ STANDARD/ AS1801'. Cast integral with rim is a Dial type indicator showing Feb 1991 as the year of manufacture. (Made by Alsafe Nz?)
