White plastic hard hat or safety helmet marked with 'Pilbara Iron' logo on front, with four silver reflector strips across top sides of hat. 'MSA' trademark? marked into plastic under peak, and on white adhesive label on inside back rim of hat. Plastic internal headband with adjustable back strap, black fabric tape webbing and foam forehead support.
