Astrological symbols in black and brown on a white ground, on each piece. On base of each: "THE 'NELROS' CUP OF FORTUNE Rd No 442928" in black around circular "AYNSLEY / (crown) / MADE / IN / ENGLAND" in green. Cup: symbols of luck and fortune surround a star with anchor and rope in the centre of the bowl. Around the outside rim, in black: "WOULD'ST LEARN THY FUTURE WITH THY TEA THIS MAGIC CUP WILL SHOW IT THEE". Saucer: signs of the zodiac surround "RN" in a double star in the centre.
