LADDER
H1990.42
Home-made wooden ladder narrowing slightly from base to apex (slats reduce from 47 to 39.3cm) having 8 slats each secured by nails which are attached to the ladder within a washer. There is a rusted metal band on one leg and at the top, a narrower (4 cm wide) length of wood reinforcing the top which is also used to support the ladder when it is resting against a ledge or projecting surface.
