Glass bottle with red measure mark on circumference. Contained in ornamental 'woven' metal cage with diamond pattern. Top with spring handle in chromium plate inscribed 'do not fill above red line. MADE IN ENGLAND', 'SPARKLETS LTD - MAKERS - LONDON D'. Bulb holder (copper?) with instructions screwed in place. Chrome lid with chain attached.
