Belonged to Garnet Stephens, a Kalgoorlie barber. Stephens is listed in the 1917 Western Australian Post Office Directory as " Stephens, GW, tob & hrdsr, 13 Hannan St, Kalg". Cream raw? silk. Unlined. Single breasted. Straight cut, loose fitting. Front cut with rounded bottom. Three pockets. Three closely spaced buttons. Small lapels, flower button hole in LH lapel. Back cut in two pieces.
