Belonged to Garnet Stephens, a Kalgoorlie barber. Stephens is listed in the 1917 Western Australian Post Office Directory as " Stephens, GW, tob & hrdsr, 13 Hannan St, Kalg". Knitted wool? and silk mixture in charcoal blue and white horizontal stripes. Squared ends. When tied would have finished centre torso.
