Postcard - front is light blue with a picture of a river and trees in a heart-shaped frame, and "BIRTHDAY / WISHES", a bunch of flowers, and "MY LOVE TO YOU AND WISHES TRUE, / THESE FEW LINES DO CONVEY / GOOD THINGS UNITE TO RENDER BRIGHT, / YOUR HEART ON THIS GLAD DAY". On reverse handwritten in ink: "Dear Father, / I wish you / Many Happy / Returns of / your Birthday / How are you all / getting on, We are / all well. From Your / Loving Daughter Sylvia". Card printed by Beagles & Co, London. From Sylvia to Charles Steven Michael MINCHAM.
