Medal, circular, issued to commemorate the end of the Great War 1918 & Peace of 1919. Obverse side bears design of central plaque surrounded by laur & surmounted by crown with sunrays emanating from it. Plaque bears words "THE TRIUMPH OF LIBERTY AND JUSTICE". Crown surmounted by word: "VICTORY". Scroll at base of plaque bears words: "THE PEACE OF / 1919". Plaque flanked by standing figures of a sailor to the left and soldier to right. Manufacturer's initials below scroll in small letters "S & S" Stokes & Son Pty Ltd.
