White cotton petticoat; sleeveless bodice made like baby's first shirt with wide, flat neck, trimmed with handworked broderie anglaise; skirt gauged to bodice; drawstrings at waist and neck; laundry mark inside left back "Denny \ 25.5.66". Possibly not an original integral with the christening robe. Worn by members of the Denny family in Australia; made in Waterford, Ireland.
